http://www.pacifictao.com. Mantak Chia DVDs Volume 1 Cosmic Inner Smile. Master Yourself. Become your own Teacher and Healer. Reclaim Health, Wealth, Longevity, and Spirit.
I actually wouldn't recommend beginning with this. It's good to have some basic grounding in meditation (calming the mind and getting in a relaxed state), as well as knowing how to effectively move energy. Once you really know how to move energy, Mantak Chia's teachings become much more doable, and the Inner Smile practice is just a further development. Regarding learning energy work for beginners, the BEST is Robert Bruce. Do a search: Robert Bruce NEW Energy Ways. It's 8 videos.
This doesnt work for me, but I believe that it could! I just dont feel anything, I cant relax ! I've read Chi Nei Tsang book and realy tried to meditate but its not working. I dont know what to do and how to be fully relaxed. Anyone have any tips ??
You worry to much, you will pick up even foreign languages if you are ready and this is meant for you. Besides hearing words you can also feel words. Just let it go, close your eyes and most of all enjoy.
Do not worry if you get it right. Ever heard there is no right and wrong ????
Ive been taking prescription antibiotics and I'm aware of the damage they can do to my body. So one night when I started to fall asleep I saw my kidneys in front my inner vision, my kidneys looked dark. Then I started do to a inner smile and saw how a green maple leaf fell slowly to my kidneys. When I continued with the exercise I saw how my kidneys lid up with white glowing light.
I agree much editing needed! It would be good to organize it adding much missing info that is scattered, kind of willy-nilly but abundantly in various Chia writings.
@flyingmojo5 You may not recommend it, but Mantak Chia does. I always start my sessions with the inner smile.

This technique is very interesting.

I mean, what we need here is an image of a smiling person/entity...at least some of the time.
