QPR ended their three-match winless run as two goals in as many first-half minutes set them on course for a convincing 3-0 victory over Wolves at Molineux.
Joey Barton opened the scoring and Alejandro Faurlin slammed in a second moments later before DJ Campbell wrapped up the three points in the closing stages.
Wayne Hennessey had already tipped a Shaun Derry header over the bar before Barton struck on eight minutes, scuffing home from close range after Shaun Wright-Phillips volleyed back across goal.
Just 97 seconds later, QPR doubled their lead when the hosts half-cleared Adel Taraabt's centre and Faurlin drilled past Hennessey from the edge of the box.
