This is without a doubt the best musical i have ever had the pleasure to watch. The preformances were fantastic and so moving. The music was lovely.

Overall truly unforgettable and so heart-warming.

@ReeBeccaaa96 There are several different versions of the ending. In this version, Mickey goes to the Town Hall because he's angry that Eddie has everything: money, a good job, an education, opportunity and lastly because he feels that Eddie has stolen Linda, the one thing he had left. If this scene, Mickey doesn't intend to shoot Eddie. The gun goes off accidentally as he gestures, and the policeman then shoots Mickey in response. In another version, Mrs Lyons shoot boths boys.

i've seen this play 3 times now, and i still get confused around this bit, does micky just walk into the town hall and shoot eddie because he's with Linda? why does the police man shoot Micky? what actually happens?

Just saw this show at Curve Theatre in Leicester with Niki Evans as Mrs. Johnstone, it was incredible, she had a beautiful voice. I am very grateful this video is on Youtube! I cant stop watching it.
