From Larry Elford, Just last evening I looked it up. My own City of Lethbridge spends between $15 million and $20 million for it's police department. Population 78,000.

RCMP IMET high value economic crime for all of Canada, has a budget of just under $20 million. This is one of the reasons why financial crime truly pays in Canada. Keep building prisons Mr. Harper. You will need them to put all the protestors in as they learn who the worst criminals are. I suspect you already know this.:)

All of us dedicated to this movement want safety as a primary measure, and this weekend in Calgary went so well. This guy is awesome, spent some time talking to him before the march. Very smart and explains things in a way we can all understand.

Calgary police were so damn polite and courteous. I really have to thank them. And the black hats are a great touch. I think police photos in the rest of the world should be compared somewhere and it would show a real contrast in protestors and police paranoia. Way to go Calgary.
