Its not meant to be entertaining, its supposed to make a point. And I think its valid. People need to be more aware of their distractions while driving what is potentially a lethal weapon.

it is illegal in the UK, if you get caught doing so you get 6 points on your licence, a fine and likely a driving ban. If you cause injury/death through this you get imprisonment and the memory to live with for the rest of your life.

It's better to stop the car and then use the cell phone, when finish drive again!

I always take great care, and do my utmost best to minimize the risk of injuring someone else while driving. This means keeping your mind on the road. Using a cell phone means that a large percentage of your brain gets assigned to the phone conversation and away from the road. A hands free system doesn't help that much either.
Make cell phoning illegal I'd say.
