Considering Suicide? Gay, Lesbian, Trans, Bi Teen?

A message by Sister Unity for gay, lesbian, transgendered, bisexual, and queer teenagers who may be considering suicide or who know someone considering suicide.

Did you know?
GLBTQ teens are up to 4 times more likely to commit suicide than straight teens.
GLBTQ teens who come from families who reject them and their gender identity are up to 9 tiimes more likely to commit suicide than straight teens.
Suicide is the 3rd leading cause of death among 15 to 24 year olds. Only accidents and murder are ahead of Suicide.

@Riku1135 yes! exactly! the sages of meditation describe the result of suicide as having a huge negative effect on how fortunate your soul is. Apparently you get unpleasant lives after killing one you lucked into. I know people don't feel it's lucky because of the pain and anger and hurt they live through.... but that's the point. It is the test of fire.. can you be true to yourself and to life to get through... Earth is not meant for comfort. it is meant for testing and learning.

Ohh, how this reminds me of 'Prayers for Bobby'..

I love that someone else took this responsibility of helping other young males. In Romania, this happens to stand still on the grown ups' thinking too.

For example, I can't escape the feeling I don't attract somebody, even if my straight friends tell

me I am thin and beautiful and I realize this deception I've built myself being unable to enjoy the other pleasures of life.
