totally disagree about the ending and the girl wasnt wearing pants because it was a nude bar and she was a dancer

Two things bothered me about this movie:
1. The ending seemed rushed, like it came out of nowhere
2. Why was that girl in the bar at the beginning walking around without pants?

this was actually an actual card room in Gardenia california in the 70's back when cardrooms were legal back then, everyone deals their own cards and is mostly low ball draw games

Saw this film a couple of years back at the Aero Theater in Santa Monica. George Segal was there and told great stories about the production, If he hasn't done the DVD extras yet someone needs to talk him into it.
