@website4help the whole purpose of it is to be able to do more with less. If you have a large scale event with 25 people injured....you'd need some where around 20 ambulances. OR they dispatch a couple of these so that some ambulances can stay in service. Just because there has been a large scale event, doesn't mean the other ambulances aren't needed.

@ProudVolunteer19 True but it can carry 3 to for stretchers. It doesnt transport people to the hospital.It would radio for more ambulances.

@HDOptimus It's multi purpouse. Think of it as a large ambulance. An ambulance can carry one patient on a stretcher and 2 or three sitting down....this bus can carry upwards of 10 patients on stretchers and even more sitting down. It will respond to large incidents where lots of people are injured, then transport them to the hospital. It can also be used at structure fires as a place for firefighters to be monitored, get a drink, and relax while operating at a large incident.
