Metal Gear Solid - Loyalty To The End [Snake & The Boss Tribute]

As most of you remember, my last Snake & The Boss tribute contained a song which was removed due to copyright infringements.

With that said, I'm proud to present to you a brand new tribute to connection between Snake and The Boss. After my old video lost it's music, I never thought I will make another one but I heard the song used in this very video and simply fell in love with it and thought it would be perfect for a video showing the relationship between these 2 most iconic characters in Metal Gear series.

I'm not even lying when I say that this was one of the harder tributes I did so far. The video is emotional which automatically means slow, long scenes and fades followed with the deepest dialogues and conversations. The most important part of every video, in my opinion is the climax and after watching this video you'll know exactly what I mean. I also think I did pretty good job with the build up which is also very important. Not to mention sound editing, lowering the music volume from time to time and most of all; background noise, which was a big problem at some parts, as you can hear and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. In fact, I had to change some sentences in order to make the fades as clean as possible.

At first I wasn't sure if I would use Peace Walker footage and finished the project completely with Snake Eater only, except for one PW scene which just had to be in this video. Feeling kinda weird with only one PW scene, I decided to change some MGS3 scenes with PW ones.
All the fades turned out well, surprisingly and after so much cutting and editing, the song turned out perfect; for the project at least. Yes, I did change it up a little bit.

That's pretty much all I have to say about this project. @4:18 did you use any sound effects for the voices, if so, which one? I was trying to create a similair effect but so far without succes :P

@tvdl If you use Sony Vegas and I'm assuming you are, go to "Audio Event FX" and find the "Reverb" effect. After that just mess around with it until you get it right.

best tribute i've ever seen... i don't have words to explain how amazing this video is, you captured the essense of snake and the boss relationship, if Hideo Kojima saw this video he would bow down to you and then fire all his trailer's producers just to hire you alone. outstanding video, congratulations mate!!!
