@WingNutLCC There is an important difference between emotional suppression / denial and emotional purity. First we must learn to allow our emotions to learn from them. Emotions are one method of communication. If we feel unhealthy emotions then we must learn how we are living out of harmony with life. Then we must correct this disharmony in our behavior and thinking.
Only once we restore balance will we have inner peace.Then from this peace we can learn to masterfully create emotional energy.

@WingNutLCC Watch your self to see how you are interacting with your emotions. Are you fighting what you feel? Or trying to understand why your feel how you do? When you understand your reasons for having certain emotions and emotional patterns, then you can forgive yourself and others to become free from these subconsciously-driven behaviors.

In and of my "self" I seem to be effective in these emotions. The connection is lost when those perceived from the outside create an irresistible distraction. They are fully caught up in the illusion, and are wrought with concern over my "predicaments," as they perceive them. My still shaky ability to detach gives them the impression that I care not about "my" own plight, which only encourages them to try harder. What practice or perception encourages an even deeper connection?

@jonquilmusic Only you are responsible for your health and happiness. How you know yourself is what is important - not how others know you. A person can only ever perceive another based on their own perception, which in most cases in humanity is filled with distortions that cause inaccuracies.
