Mansons Guitar Shop in Exeter, UK, has announced details of one of the most exciting production guitars in years:
The Manson MB-1 Matthew Bellamy signature model.
Easily the most technologically advanced signature guitar on the planet and based on Bellamy's own cracked mirror M1D1, the MB-1 features a sustainer circuit and an X/Y MIDI controller pad (like that on a Korg KAOSS pad) that can be mapped to control anything from a particular effect parameter to stage lighting.

@M15577 so if i get the cubase would i still have to get a kaoss pad? im sitting on about $1500 and am trying to chase the matt bellamy sound. i have a fender stratocaster and i was going to gut it and put in a humbucker and fernandes sustainer, the amptone xy touch pad and i was going to get the midi controlled whammy. i was considering installing a zvex fuzz factory but i might just keep it on the floor. What i dont understand is the difference between cubas and kaoss. Do i need both?

what software is the MIDI hooked up to? and how would you get these sounds on a live rig?

@EuphoriaRising I believe it is hooked up to cubase. Not hard to put this into a live rig, you would just need a laptop computer and an mbox, and then feed the signal out to whatever amp you want to use.
