Activate: Hold downforward (lk, fp) land, hold upforward (lp, lk) hold downforward (mp, fp) hold upforward (lp, lk) hold downforward (mp, fp) hold upforward (lk, mp) hold downforward (fp) hold upforward (mp, fp).

The trick to not getting wheels out by accident is to leave your stick entirely against the side of the gate. Never leave outside the range of upforward and downforward. If you accidentally go to neutral, or down, you might get a wheel by accident.
