I'm new at this. If I use these on fabric (white cotton sateen), do I use a fabric medium before I paint or after? I don't know what a medium is for. Do I even need to use one to prevent bleeding? Can someone help me?

Wow this product looks fantastic. I knew the inktense pencils but not the blocks before now.
