Heather is so annoying...even if she *is* a psychic (which I doubt), she just doesn't mesh with the way they do stuff and she slows everybody down. Glad she's gone. Steve is really hard on them, but he kind of has to be to make sure they can withstand the pressure. Still love Steve and Tango.
