A slosh pipe is a large PVC tube capped at both ends. Length can vary but the one used in this video is 7 ft. The slosh pipe is filled halfway with water making it very hard to keep stabilized. Any time you are holding the slosh pipe off the ground you are working your core and stabilizer muscles. It can replace your barbell in the weight room for basic exercises to spice things up. Add resistance bands to really intensify any of the exercises shown in this video.
