@cartimand Ash Ra Tempel don't own the word ashra. get over yourself plx.

@cartimand I can't believe the negativity on your comment, except that they strike me more of a T-Rex influence that Roxy Music (Must mean I need to listen to more Roxy! Oh, darn!). I mean, I love this band (Seriously, one roomie asked me to stop playing them!), but I can see how they stand on the shoulders of giants!
Does this diminish them? No! Can you see their influences? Yes!
This band belongs to Rock, just like Roxy, T-Rex, The Who, Chuck Berry and Buddy Holly.

@wearepolice I wouldn't doubt it. (I've never heard of Ash Ra Tempel, but I will now look into them.) I once found a page that listed individual band members favorite albums. I could have sworn that Atsushi, Hoshino and U-Ta raided my record collection!

Sheer selfnishness, and, "above" all, Ignorance, and lack of imagination!
Thanks for pointing that out!
uhhh. . . do these guys know there has already been a band called ASHRA (originally "Ash Ra Tempel"), the legendary 70's krautrock band that included Manuel Gottsching and Klaus Schulze? No? You guys should check out my new band, we're called The Beat-les.
