  • Woah, Dina you're so psychic!! Yea I used to live in Miami and people are crazy if they think it doesn't get cold (you'd look like a fool at the beach in the winter).. But how'd you know I was having a yucky morning. I had to sleep in to restore my nasal passages they felt sore like a sore throat..

  • Great video! I love this breath exercise too. It helps me get energized with out the jitters that caffeine gives me sometimes.

    Also, Kapala is not to be confused with Kaplan University ; )
