Respect for both horses I believe Pharlap would have won but that would be a race I would love to see. Pharlap will always be the legend of the greatest house because he did everything and would have done more if not Poisoned. The Americans knew he was coming and they knew the fallout when he hit there tracks. Pharlap would have won everything. Raffian wow what a great house again she was totally amazing sad both gone to soon.

The Red Terror would win by a long shot.He won all the big races worldwide.
Ruffian was still unproven, good horse but not many wins under her belt. The Four-year-old mare, Black Caviar, is unbeaten with 12 straight wins.The best mare of all time is Makybe Diva's 3 straight Melbourne cup wins bigger then the (Kentucky derby) .How about that. Cheers
