I'm tired of President Obama and the liberals who control Congress insulting us, think they are smarter than everyone else like we are servants, calling us racist, and calling us a mob. I'm tired of their double-talk. I'm tired of their bait-and-switch shell games. I'm tired of being avoided by my public servants and ignored. They have forgotten that they work for us. They do not realise that congress is the domestic enemy now!

klingoncelt, there were actually some really good questions (on both sides of the issue) that were very reasoned, and the answers were very informative. Up until the last 15 minutes (sans some overly-enthusiastic applause on both sides) it was a great town hall - exactly what a town hall should be.

I was at the town hall, and Heinrich did a damn good job, especially when the people who weren't happy with the reasoned debate going on started making noises. He had a great panel of people with mixed views (including a guy from the Rio Grande foundation who was against the public option).
This video cuts out the whole 'thank you for your [active duty] service, and we'll do our best to continue to provide your healthcare' part in answer to the first guy who was yelling.

I do not care if obama is black i only care he is a far left and trying to take control of our lifes. He proves that by people he works with David Axelrod is prime example. My wife is Cuba she lived there and seen what government control is and she sees the same in Obama.

You know what? This health care bill is too important to let a bunch of teabaggers hold it up cause they can't get by the fact that our president is black. I hope Obama takes all the guff in the month of August and then when congress goes back into session they pass meaningful health care,
