Nixon was the one who started the HFCS injections into so many of our foods, it made food cheaper when the sugar wars were going on and helped his chances for re-election. Nowdays it is in EVERYTHING. Oh, and Donald Rumsfeld pushed Aspartame into existence, so I'd be careful how much of that you ingest too.

wont buy HFCS. I eat things that I understand. No one had to explain to me what an apple was or convince me a carrot was safe. I'm not obese and I don't have diabetes so avoiding HFCS seems to be working. Sorry some processed food company isn't making their profits from me.
