@agent1442 Well I'd say that Avon and Stringer knew about International shit, they dealt with those Dominicans for their package, plus Avon knew about "the Greek". But the rest of their crew, certainly not. And you wouldn't expect low level street dudes to know much about outside of their element.

@groffo12345 they had money, and street smarts, but not worldly knowledge. They knew their own town better than anyone, but most of them were pretty ignorant about the outside world (for instance, Bodie not knowing that radio stations change when you leave town). To them Philly might as well be the other side of the world. People like Prop Joe understood it, he dealt with Carribean Banks and International smugglers, but Avon and crew never really did.

the only reason they knew about weebay's location was because d'angelo snitched on him...he could've been in the Bahamas, Mexico, or Cali but still would've got caught cause d'angelo rolled...b-more cops arrested him cause even though he was in philly (where he moved to doge bmore cops) the evidence of dirtt was in b-more where they could try and convict him
