主料:面筋、藕调料:盐、味精、白糖、番茄酱烹制方法: 1、将藕切成肋排大小的条,用面筋包住藕条制成素排骨,逐个包好后,下入开水中烫熟捞出过凉备用; 2、锅中加适量油,放入素排骨炸至色泽金黄捞出,番茄酱加山楂糕、冰梅酱、白糖、盐、白醋调制均匀; 3、锅中留底油,下入调好的番茄酱炒匀,水淀粉勾芡,放入素排骨快速翻炒均匀,加味精出锅即可。特点:酸甜可口,口感独特。
