After his divorce, because Kishore Kumar was Hindu and Madhubala Muslim, they had a civil wedding ceremony in 1960. @funsukwangru " why would men convert to marry women " If you are a muslim man and marrying any non muslim girl/woman ,she must be converted to Islam. same way if a muslims woman marries a non muslim man he must convert to Islam, according to their religion./ Islam. This is what muslims have been doing for centuries and still do all over the world. All that beside, Madhubala was one of the most beautiful woman ever in Bollywood. Dude, Ashok Kumar was against Kishor marrying Madhbala, due to his own experience. She had flirted even with Bharat Bhushan.

This video itself talks about her sending flowers to Dilip Kumar & Prem Nath, it was by accident they found out the truth, and Prem Nath stepped away.

This is in no way to derogate her as she is also one of my favourit from Golden age of Indian Cinema.

But, the truth be told as it was.
