Honestly? I really don't care who was "right" and who was "wrong". I like Amy Lee AND Ben Moody. Some of the things I hear Ben Moody say in interviews piss me off ("Now I have real friends"? That was rude and uncalled for.) but sometimes Amy Lee's interviews piss me off too. From what I've observed, she likes to be the center of attention a little too much. But again, I like both musicians very much, and I find it rather sad that they are no longer friends.

@kaarankin69 It's not just the guitar chords, the piano and the orchestrations and the mood,and the themes from the lyrics.I pretty much like every song off The Open Door, but Evanescence as a creative union (more like Amy and Terry now) will never top songs like Haunted,Whisper or My Immortal,they have so much strength in them.

@Riotmix yerr TOD was a much better album because i know this for a fact. If you listen to all the songs on FALLEN all the guitar riffs and chords are the same i know this cause i play guitar. TOD could of surpassed fallen's 17 million units sold only if the band didn't fall out in mid 07 cause by that time the album has already sold 4million world wide in only 7 months. Then by the end of 07 they took a break then by 08 no one heard of Evanescence thats why TOD sold less than the FALLEN album

The fallen was number one no doubt about it .. all the evanescence fans fell inlove with evanescence because of fallen but you cannot compaire the two. The open door was more experimental .. new mood , she sang about love but she also sang about motivation and strength and power .. she sang to inspire . The lyrics are outstanding in the open door and sorry to tell you but evanscence is number one in the billbord charts .. where is bens band?

@evanescence9314 check out fallen's songs ant the open door's songs ! There is no comparison . Ben Moody is the best ! . Evanescence is nothing without Ben Moody . His lyrics are bestt
