Caroline Bingley and Louisa Hurst are so stuck-ups. I totally hate their characters! How could anyone be like that! Ugh!

I prefer the Bingley sisters to the elder Bennett sisters. They are a good laugh, you could have a good time with them on the town. The Bennet sisters are a bit of a bore!

Honestly, I think Kiera was just perfect for Elizabeth. She was just the right combination of playful and elegant. And the Darcy in the 2005 one was just flawless in looks and his portrayal of Darcy. This just feels kind of staged and unnatural to me. I don't know, maybe it's just me.

Jesus Christ, Caroline Bingley is a right bitch!
Great acting, though. XD

If BBC had uploaded clips, they might as well upload the entire episode. I really wish to watch the series but can't find them online.

I love the little subtleties, like how he references Elizabeth's height...such a small thing but it proves that he's been watching/noticing her :)

I loved their reencounter on "King's speech"!
I think the actors in this are way better, Kiera is OK, she's pretty but she's a bit too aware of it, I think Jenniffer is more charming and genuine, and Firth is just freaking beatiful.

The point is to be true to the book. I find Firth more handsome and a much more accurate portrayal of a man living in Jane Austen's time. I think accuracy is important and the 1995 version will never be beat. I liked the 2005 film as well but Firth will be my favorite Darcy forever.
