"Highway Paved With Pain" was written and recorded by Mike Casstevens and our band Well Fargo Bluegrass Band (Mike Casstevens, Mike Williams, Eric Ellis, David Matthews) back in 1979. The Lonsome River Band recorded some time back. I have to say you guys knocked it out of the park....great job....does anybody know who the bass player is? excellent bass playing as well as all of the others
