I bought a marantz 1122Dc amplifier build (stamped) 1978 10. It was in working condition but not very nice. good machine sounds great.

I still got my dad's marantz from 1979... and I still use it for listening and gaming on my PC... the model 1090

Unforunately turning the Tonemode dial and balance panel causes cracks which sometimes causes the leftchannel to be disabled. But it works as long you don't touch it.

I have one of these amps and I love it the only thing is I do not know if I have my turntable hooked up right I am just running the rca's from the turntable into phono 1 and when I switch it to stereo there is only one channel working the only way both left and right will work is if I put it in the left and right speaker setting but it does not sound as good. Any suggestions?
