Brush 1/8" thick slices of Genoa Salami with EVOO. Place on grill over med heat. Brush 1/4" thick slice of French Bagette with evoo and grill lightly, oil side down. When bread and salami are cooked, assemble bread-salami and top with Jalapeno Havarti cheese and a pepperoncini pepper, cook on med heat until cheese is fully melted...plate and serve.

Pepperoncini = "pepper on chee nee". Greek variety Pepperoncini have a nice crunch and are mild with a slight heat to them.
