I literally wore this album out in 1976. This was my favorite song on it. This sounds fantastic, and brings back a million memories of when I was 16. Great post!

The fact that people are looking up Frampton today on Youtube tells you that he survived all the drubbing by critics back in the day. Yes his tunes do have great feel and presence. I totally agree with you. Talent will trump idiot critics any day. Still does.

Hey Klarms, that would be government cheese no doubt! Please, let's here you better this. Oh, that's what I thought. So, big deal. He sold a few million copies. And he had a flock of teeny boopers chasing him around. The fact of the matter is, some of the greatest "guitar licks" were laid down here. My advise to you is stick too something closer to your crowd, like "George Micheal" If you dislike him so much, what are you doing here at all?

My name is Mr. Klarns and I like to eat cheese ! *munch munch munch*

No doubt! This has always been my fave song off of 'Comes Alive'. Man, I remember listening to this on my sister's 8-track when I was like 13.

I TOTALLY agree!!. Iam a guitar player and he has been a huge inspiration to me. I grew up with this album. I lost track of him over the years but came back to him for FCA 25th ann. Listening again with fresh ears and fell in love with it all over again. The flat out pure energy in his playing won me over again. He plays with total passion and it comes through. All the drubbing he took from critics? They can suck it!!. He is the real deal. One of my favorites.

I would almost agree with you. I love the song, SO much energy!! But still have to go with the epic Do you feel like we do. Great opener though. Kicks it into afterburn right out of the gate.

Good audio on this--sounds like the live album version. My first Frampton album was Frampton's Camel before he ever got really popular. That was a pretty good album.
It' been mostly all praise & worship and Comtemporary Christian since 1980, but this song does bring back memories.
