If Cooke was not such a cheap player, I might agree that he would be a great third line player. He is a consistent 30-40 point scorer and plays with high energy. But I can't respect a guy who throws as many cheap shots as he does, especially when they're often on the first or second line or pairing (Savard, Cole, Lecavalier, Anisimov, Bogosian, Sundin, etc) and he won't fight tough guys to back it up like a number of pests and grinders (Barnaby, Neil, Tucker, etc).
