polycarbonate is absorbent check the data files on the material, it will fail time after time guy... I comprehend your reasoning for polycarbonate BUT... check the data files on polycarbonate material...

@rohini8000 the necessary volume of gas needed to power a car using h2 o2 mix would be phenomenal. most people using this very efficiency purposes in vehicle use it as an additive so as to create a more combustible mixture than simply octane alone.

hi.. where did you get that enclosure from? thanks
Ash.H

can you run car on that ? instead of natural gas?
-
Me either. I think I know why. That is because HHO, after combustion, it is associated with water and the spot to be welded is cooling down rapidly. So it can not be use for welding but only for cutting, cooking and mostlly as fuel only for internal combustion engine.

@NOBOX7 Nope - just the opposite. It is the voltage very low amps that you want.
-
good idea,, is low volt high amps used

Very tidy, I just hope you have flash arresters fitted. So, how does is go when you weld with it? Real welding I mean, with mild steel and a filler rod? how does the weld compare to oxy/acetylene? I can't find any vids on YT yet of any one doing a real fillet weld with HHO

Is it sfae to store hydrogen under pressure? an if not what is a safe pressur an what could igmite, i.e tempuratures too hot, open flame spark static??
-
NICE HHO GENERATOR!
If you want to double the flame size, add ground to torch and positive of high voltage to flame. This is electron extraction term Meyer used.
Flame size will double and probably cut much better.
How did you manage to seperate the gases and have them mix at the nozzle...or am i missing something here.
