I had the channel wrong for the Sara K cover of "Vincent"... it's on cskwan...one of her originals "maggie's Song" is on guitarget...it's a beautiful song too!

Your comment is right on target...except the song was written by Roberta Flack. If you haven't already seen the VDO of "Vincent" by guitarget with Sara K singing, check it out...she really feels the music!!

There was a reason Areatha Franklin wrote a song about Don. He Felt his music and more so MADE YOU feel it as well. (PS the song is "Killing me softly (With his song)" ) Another great tune that the artist really CARED about. Find that and you WIN!

I can hear WONDERFUL singers sing the song but you lack the feeling Or the abilillity to project that feeling. it's nothing personal as i said I think you have a fabulous voice. There is just something about that song and about Don in general,where he PROJECTS feeling.

Just some constructive criticism here... Really for the medium you were using it sounded great... you have a wonderful voice. The one thing that I had a problem with it what i have when most people sing this song, is that you have little idea about who Vincent really was.

try opening ur mouth and relaxing ur lips more instead of straining them to prolong the notes
