DOMINATION

You sit on a chair
Your eyes fix on her
And you're unaware
I'm right behind you

Your sight starts to blur
You want to taste her
But you're unaware
Nothing you see is for you

Your skin is on fire
Your mouth is on fire
Eyes on fire
Pay for desire

We like to meet liars
We love to treat saints
Carnal desire
You will reap pain

Come forward
Domination
We hunt in pairs
Come forward
Domination
We feed on despair
Your despair

You're strapped to the chair
Your eyes rest on her
And I just don't care
If you like what I'll do to you

Your sight starts to blur
You'll never have her
But now you're aware
Tonight we will have you

Your skin is on fire
Your mouth is on fire
Ice on fire
Pay for desire

We like to treat liars
We love to treat saints
Carnal desire
You will reap pain

  • i do like a lot of seabound's songs, but if he's really a therapist/psych doctor who uses his patients' most disturbing experiences for fodder in his music he's seriously sick himself. I try to like seabound, but sometimes they cross lines that they shouldn't. no flame mail please, the teenagers on Siouxsie's page wore me out for now. cheers!

  • @trancemaster2052 lots are great, but some get lyrically more twisted than even i'm comfortable with, like "Digital" where the character in the song sings "I took her to a forest/i tied her to a tree.../at night I kept her company.../i took...pictures/ digital candy for people like you and me." haven't figured out all the lyrics yet, but yeah... disturbing.

  • @VampiricYuki I'm glad you can keep all the genre/subs straight, i'm not sure i can anymore. except for my own band, which is Pre-Meditated-Techno-Electro-Industrial-EBM-Synth/Post-Goth-Core-Punk with medium-to-dark Darkwave undertones and of course some Pre-Natal-Progressive/Anti-Dub Stomp(not "Step")/ Shoegazer. But a bit Ethereal. huh. now that i think of it this might actually be exactly what my "Band/Collective/Artists-Formerly-Known-As-Bands" emo solo project should sound like.

  • @ollihp Well they are technically the same genre they are both in two different sub-genre's of that genre. while they all technically fall under the Industrial genre umbrella there is aggro Industrial ebm synth darkwave etc etc. Vnv is more ebm where Seabound is more darkwave. I as a dj which plays the bands consantly speak comfortably on the matter. in my opinion.

  • @HybridAres No offense to VNV but just because they're both considered in the same genre, comparing the two of them is like apples & oranges to keen purists & not exactly a compliment to SB.

  • basura

  • im the one that disliked it :)

  • take over my spirit, mind and it takes control of my body

  • @synthpeej sexy track dominationnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • What does everyone interpret the lyrics as meaning?
