I just made blackened fish for my daughter and it was wonderful!!!

east way to blacken is use a cast iron pan , with little oil, and for the spices use, black pepper, pepperica,and kajum spiced mixed together and dip both sides of ur fish in that and cook it up in the hot cast iron pan , and add a gralic clove to make it more awesome
