99 eclipse Problem

having a problem with my sons eclipse, its a 99 gs, had a motor put in a few years back and its always had a problem with the idle...the put in was from a 95 eclipse,
when cold it runs well ,nice and smooth, but soon as it starts to warm up it starts studdering,it will run nice for a few and then studder for a few,when driving it ,, it seems fine, it only happens at idle ..,i hoping this vid my find the right person who can leed me in the right direction,
has new plugs ,new wires,

i have the same thing happening to mines i think its the egr valve ,, where u able to find out what it was ??

@beboalexis no i havent even looked at it in 2 years,its my sons car and he joined the marines ,

The problem is the timing belt.

@killerclown1740 when i bought the motor the guy had gave me paper work that he had a new timing belt and idler pulleys put on, maybe its off a tooth?
