Because marijuana is schedule 1, and has "no medical uses", a doctor cannot write a prescription for it, they can only recommend it. Remember, Martha Coakley is an avid prohibitionist, but since medical marijuana has such broad support, she has to appear to support it. This is more of her "lawyering".

Good report, like always. Not enough views. I was just suggesting legalizing marijuana to solve California's financial crisis in my last video. The idea is really catching on. There are real commercials here in California about it.

"Hysterical" people need to *get over* their "hang ups" about the medicine cannabis versus other medicines. This major hesitation is harming a lot of people who could otherwise benefit by having legitimate, fully *legal* access to cannabis.
