I have reduced the heating problem by soldering both ends of the copper wire to the threaded bolts at each end.
Part 2 of 2
The Current HE is a 0 to 100 Amp Current sensor That has an Accuracy of + - 1% at Full scale. I have observed. An accuracy of .1 amp at low current readings. I am introducing this sensor to the public and will be perfecting the Electronics to support this sensor for use in measuring HHO Cell current. In an effort to increase the communities ability to accurately measure current at a low cost to the end user.

By the way, I totally support Open Office Org. Their Writer and Calc are way better then MS Word and Excel. And it supports my belief in Open Source. Great work OpenOffice.org
Nice job of explaining how the differences between the two work. Thanks for the information

I also have noticed the shunt voltage varies slightly with temp. The shunt in the PWM also has this issue but I don't think this is a serious issue from a control perspective. Great video.
