Moti! I love this! I discovered hummus a few years ago, and began to fall in love with it. For some reason, I have never attempted to make it myself. What a joy to view YOUR video first! I shall not even look for an other recipe, this looks dilicious. I especially enjoy the presentation, as well as the music!

okay this looks like a guy i can trust wrt hummus. just came from a vid where a guy tried to suggest that i make hummus without tahini, using canned chick peas and salt. still pretty furious.
