  • By Korean media reports in October 2010, Busan police arrested Korean gangs who sold many women to Japan and forced prostitution.

Those gangs loaned money to poor women at high 150% annual interest.

When those women could not pay debts, gangs sent those women to the brothel owners in Japan after receiving 10 - 30 million Wons advance payment per person.

Victims are nearly a hundred, who have been forced prostitution 10 times a day.

Hey, why don't you go and rescue those pitty women ?

  • @2008venom : You seem unable to distinguish between small gangs of bad men doing bad things, getting caught and punished for it, and a systemic governmental operation that goes on for decades and then refuses to admit or apologize for its wrongdoings, or pay reparations, even many decades later.

Now, that's enough. My video channel is not going to host your insane screeds, so go bother someone else.

In 1991, the Japanese historian "Yoshiaki Yoshimi" discovered incriminating documents in the archives of Japan's Defense.

According to Yoshimi, they indicated that the military was directly involved in running the brothels (i.e. by selecting the recruiting agents). The Asahi Shimbun, a major Japanese national daily newspaper, published these findings as a front-page article entitled "Japanese Army abducted comfort women" on 11 January 1992.

  • @2008venom Look, you are obviously the only one on here who feels that way. What exactly would be at stake for you if these BRAVE women got justice? Were you a rapist? Were you in charge of sanctioning comfort stations? I don't know what your problem is (Yes I do. We all do. But for the sake of the sentence, I digress), but you need to get over your petty problems and do something valid with your life.

    U.S. official report.

Congressional Reserch Services Memorandum, April 03, 2007

Subject: Japanese Military's "Comfort Women" System

From: Larry Niksch, Specialist in Asian Affairs, Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Trade Division

    page 21, "Conclusion"

"...The Military may not have directly carried out the majority of recruitment, especially in Korea;"

This description is showing that recruitments of comfort women were made by civilian brothel owners and job-brokers.

How would you know it is true ? Testimonies ? Then why it was not told in Korea before 1990s ? Because there was not such "women hunting" by Japanese soldiers in Korea.

Brave women ? Why they have suffered painful lives after independence ? Because Korean people blamed those women, by calling "dirty bitches".

Korean guys who sold their daughters for money were silent. It was embarassing history for Korean people, and they have shifted every responsibilities to Japanese.

  • @2008venom That is because it was systematic and the Nazis were proud to kill people. The Japanese soldiers who raped these women just wanted to shoot one out and be done with it. Its sick. How would you know it isn't true? And better yet, why would anyone care what you think? If you don't believe what happened, then don't. But don't go around insulting these brave women. When you insult one, you insult all.

There are many names, ages, and addresses of Jewish victims in Auschwitz museum in Poland, Holocaust museum in Israel, and etc. If 200,000 Korean girls were taken away, there must be millions of wittnesses in Korea.

After the war and independence, Korean government was so eager to memorize "Japanese crimes". Where is testimonies by those eye-wittnesses ? Nothing.

Abduction of Korean girls by Japanese soldiers is just a fiction, created after 1980s.
