I did 3 hill sprints yesterday at a local ski resort. Distance was .22 miles and elevation gain was 223 feet. Very good workout in short amount of time

@thealkimista2012 There is gravity everywhere.

hey i run real uphills and i can say it has nothing to
do with real uphills ...the treadmill its ok but compare with
the road its really easy...try going uphill for 30 minutes on the road
and you ll feel real gravity ....treadmills have no gravity...

@cherrybopbop Yes! 6:00 pace on a treadmill seems like 5:30 on the road. The sense of accomplishment and the airflow from outdoor running helps as well. My longest treadmill run was 13 miles and it seemed more like 18. No programs on mine, so I'm at the mercy of whatever speed or incline I set it at. Never use it in spring or summer, but nice to run in shorts when it's 10 below, windy and snowing in January...
to anybody that doesn't run, i bet that looked sort of easy and slow.
to anybody that runs, i bet that looked painful and pretty fast.
