Yes I have.
The Cougar doesn't need the 300 with a light load but the Stoker needs the 300 with a heavy load. The Stoker would handle better with the 15" 280 for sure and be fast with a light load.
The 300X and Sportmaster is not recommended for the SST 20. If I took you for a ride, I guarantee you would be hanging on!

just out of curiosity have ya thought about swaping motors...put the 280 on the stoker and the 300 on the mtr and you'd have the best of both worlds...the mtr should run tripple digits with the 300 on it and im sure the stoker would get solid into the 90's
