Dual tube magic! Using the same professional-grade techniques as the most revered, vintage, high-end studio compressors, the Black Finger delivers truly professional performance compression. Unlike other "tube hyped" products on the market, which use 9 to 50 volts, the Black Finger's toroidal transformer allows for a full 300 volts of swing, preserving the attack while providing the warmest compression imaginable. Fantastic sustain, and a must for any amplified acoustic guitar.

* True bypass using a mechanical relay

* Two different light sources (LED and lamp) offer uniquely varied and professional compression techniques

* Super warm, sweet musical tone

* Input and output gain controls

* Professional portable compression

* Two Electro-Harmonix 12AX7 vacuum tubes included

* 12AC-1000 power supply included

  • @megatapper I have a demo for this on my channel, check it out.

  • @lanbir The difference to keep an ear out for is the detail of the more subtle frequencies and the attack of the notes. Try and give it a second listen and I'm sure you will pick up the difference in tone.

  • The Black Finger is an essential in my guitar rig.

  • just picked one up on ebay for $116! cant wait to get it!

  • @pandaccio It sound absolutely amazing for bass. It can give you a really thick punchy sound without it sounding squashed. I let my bass player borrow mine for a studio session & now he has to get one for himself:-)

  • sorry people... but this compressor is good for bass or not?

  • Would this be good for trying to get a classic sound for a bass guitar?

  • Am I just deaf, or does it sound like the tone is exactly the same every time he turns the knobs?

  • This pedal is the tits

  • When was this like...1985?
