  • Is you Irish?

    Is you here on holiday then?

    So funny. I feel sorry for unionists lack of international identity, this highlights it brilliantly.

  • Gonna give you a lesson in Irish politics. It's simpler than you think . The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland make up the island of "Ireland". Which is why people from Northern Ireland are still referred to as being Irish. While Northern Ireland is under UK rule, and part of the UK, it's not part of Britain (England Scotland and Wales). Sammy Wilson to saying he's British isn't true. He's just a Unionist who can't see it any other way, and saying he's Irish would be criminal for him.

  • Who gives a fuck what it is, We are pare of mainland Britain although not joined onto it geographically. But neither is Gibralter nor was Hong Kong. All I can say is its a great place to live.

  • Terry Wogan!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ha

  • What are you talking about? That is the definition of colony and that is what NI is. I am not stupid as you so ignorantly believe. Yes i am well awear of the mass convergance of the protestant movement through Ulster. There was a lot of settlers that emigrated from Scotland especialy. So you obviously do not know as much as you arrogantly claim.

  • @DaHurler1

    @DaHurler1

    If thats what your definition is then you have just proved that NI isn't a colony.

    Further proving your lack of knowledge.

    The people in NI are not English/Scottish settlers. They are Irish. But due to many Protestant movements many people converted. Especially with the Ulster Plantations. Once the English/Scottish came here, they became Irish.

  • @spudnick3490 ???... yha it is a colony

    definition of Colony: "A group of emigrants or their descendants who settle in a distant territory but remain subject to or closely associated with the parent country"

    so i a talking sence and i do do not have a lack of knowledge as you seem to claim

  • @DaHurler1

    It's alot more than a colony mate. But it has never been part of Britain. Even if everyone was English/Welsh/Scottish in Northern Ireland. It still wouldn't be part of Britain. It's geographically impossible.

    But it is by no means a colony.

    Kind of ironic that you are talking about someones lack of knowledge of history when you yourself lack knowledge.
