@mcdanic97 Naaa, not really. I've done this myself actually. You can feel it hit you but it's not that bad.

intresting in movies you really couldnot tell what the bottle is made out of if i put water in it and drink out of it will it disolve?

In this example YES. Sugar glass doesn't need a huge impact to break, just before this vid was shot i broke one just by tapping it a few times. That said, if you swing it like a madman you'll still hurt someone. In films and such they never actually hit that hard - I figured Dom would realise this, but apparently not. Permanent lump on the back of my head from this incident!
how do you make sugar glass in the form of bottles and other stuff?

There are various ways of doing it, I might make a tutorial soon.
Basically you need to find a real bottle and make a replica mould from silicone. Then you pour your molten sugar glass mix into the silicone mould and remove it when its set.
I used some expensive specialist silicone to make my mould but it should be possible to achieve the same effect using standard DIY store window sealant which can be bought for about $2 per tube.

does it hurt?

Ask Danny lol :P
It shouldnt hurt too much, at least it didnt when I was breaking test pieces over my arm.
With a bit of refinement it should be possible to make the bottles thinner so they break more easily.

Haha! What did you use to cast the bottle?

I 'painted' a glass bottle with a thick layer of thixotropic RTV silicone which was then peeled off to create a hollow flexible mould. This was then reinforced with a hard fibreglass outer case.
It didnt really work too well because when the sugar cooled it pulled a vacuum and sucked a dent into the mould.
If I do it again I will make a two part poured silicone mould with much a much thicker layer of silicone of a higer shore hardness.
