Wow, there entire business look at it was horrible. First of all 500 is not 40% above 450 also the Wii is very inferior to the PS3 as far as technology is concerned. Wizbang?

actually the price dropped for around 2 weeks. the price is back up to $600. Great Job Sony!

Like Ken Kutaragi said when the Price was at 6 "Its too cheap"....than Kutaragi for some reason retired. there is three types of getting fired or retired, 1st is announcing retireing afew months before retireing, 2nd you get fired cuz u fucked up, and 3rd you & the company announce you retired, but thats just a way the companly say your as is fired the the D L.

I think Sony were just sucking there own balls...thinking that everybody especially in America are going to run to ther next gen console like sheeps or zombies. I think they took a quantum leap into the whole next gen idea which is good, but people want now...iguess. Microsoft just out maneuver them, and Nintendo stayd true & original.
