PESHAWAR Bomb blast - Pakistan

PESHAWAR, Pakistan (AP) -- A car bomb struck a busy market in northwestern Pakistan on Wednesday, killing at least 100 people -- mostly women and children -- as visiting Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton pledged U.S. support for Islamabad's campaign against Islamic militants. More than 200 people were wounded in the blast in the main northwestern city of Peshawar, the deadliest in a surge of attacks by suspected insurgents this month. The government blamed militants seeking to avenge an army offensive launched this month against al-Qaida and Taliban in their stronghold close to the Afghan border. The bombing was the deadliest since explosions hit homecoming festivities for former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto in Karachi in Oct. 2007, killing about 150 people. Bhutto was later slain in a separate attack. Wednesday's bomb destroyed much of the Mina Bazaar in Peshawar's old town, a warren of narrow alleys clogged with stalls and shops selling dresses, toys and cheap jewelry that drew many female shoppers

let me tell you something interesting...

on 29 dec, 2008, i was in Pakistan Peshawar, and was driving my Landcruiser, went to sadar, and the MP guys stopped me, i was just having a gun in one of the hidden places in my car, they found it out, but i was holding a license of it, so they didn't said anything.

so all i want to say is, that if they can find a single piece of weapon in my SUV, how come they can't find a car full of explosives? How come these guys go into such places???

The bombing in Peshawar was made by the Porkistani Army. Please people it is important for you to know this fact. They are trying to defame islam and taliban and fooling u to believe that it was made by taliban so they can get peoples support for their slaughtering of innocent near the border.
