As for the constitution, the poster is right. The constitution doesnt "grant" you rights, but prevents Congress " shalol not be infringed", although they seem to be doing that anyway with the ill named PATRIOT act.

To those who think that "in real life" the woman would have had the weapon taken away--do you know what Tiger Valley is? I think a student who attended a weapons course at a facility like Tiger Valley, who had a CC permit and practiced regularly on a range would be quite capable of pulling out her weapon at an opportune time and using it.

@TheRealSirKnight I agree, except for 1 point: The 2nd Amendment doesn't GRANT us the right to bear arms, it simply RECOGNIZES the right to do so. The Constitution & its Amendments never say "The government gives people such and such a right." It says "The FREEDOM of speech... The RIGHT to keep and bear arms... shall not be infringed." The founders believed in inalienable rights endowed to us by our creator, like it says in the Declaration.
