First time I've heard Karina talk at length and I'm pleasantly surprised: she is actually quite articulate!

I really don't seem like a couple here. Karina looks really uncomfortable around him. Its almost like she'd rather be someplace else. Their body language is not good. I love Karina's dress and sandles!

Karina is a world champion and was 2nd in the world with her prev partner, she could care less what the judges say because non of them or other pro's on the show have accomplished a fraction of what she has. Maks is also up there though but not as much as her :D

Maks is saying that in Europe men who participate in ballroom dancing are considered masculine. Here in the States, where ballroom is not as popular, men who participate are sometimes assumed to be gay....but lets face it, Maks is a big, tall, muscular amazing looking guy and he does stand out on the show!
