We had something similar happen here. People would take their dogs off the leash, especially around the creek where big tujunga wash abuts hansen dam, but pacoima pit bull owners thought it would be cool to loose their pit bulls on dogs and wild life. So now you get a ticket if the dog is off the leash. I finally got a new card reader so I'll post some new film.

Actually it did get stressful when the park ranger rolled up on us. We almost got cited for trespassing (this area of the park is closed to/from public entry--and posted with keep out, /no trespassing signs. We got turned loose by the agent of the law , even though no dogs are permitted on any of the park land at all, because the bird watchers get workedu up into a tizzy over the endangered clapper rail, etc.. The guy and his truck looked like the animal guys so Leo laid low.
