I am trying to learn about powder and getting such confusing tips on youtube... damned confusing
Put weight more back than on groomed slopes or not? Skis closer together, or not? But turns or not? Everybody seems to say different things, and most comments are just sneering and ridicule. Pfff...

Good point on exaggerating body flex and extension, but keep weight centered (equal pressure on balls and heels of feet), rather than weight on heels. Try standing (right now) in your sock feet on your heels and rock back and forth, then repeat with weight equally distributed on the balls and heels of your feet. Intuitively and physically, it's more secure to be balanced using the whole foot. See my video and book for more on expert skiing techniques.
